What to put in the email
None of it is required. The more of it you send, the more exact the first estimate.
- What it isThe product, person or place, and a sentence on why you are making pictures of it now.
- Where it will runWebsite, shop listings, print, outdoor, social. Formats change how we frame, so we ask early.
- When it goes liveThe publish date, not the shoot date. We plan backwards from it and tell you the last day we can shoot.
- Stills, film, or bothIf both, we usually shoot them on the same day with one crew, which is cheaper than two.
- LocationOne of our halls, your premises, or somewhere in the city or the country. For streets, give us the address and the hour you have in mind.
- ReferencesTwo or three pictures you like, from anywhere. Tell us what you like in each, the light, the colour or the pose.
- BudgetA range in lei or euro is enough. It tells us whether to propose one day or three.
